RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage Front Office Operations: Answer incoming calls, greet customers, manage email and voicemail, process mail, prepare bank deposits, and assist with routine administrative tasks and reports.
- Deliver an Excellent Customer Experience: Serve as a professional first point of contact for customers, identify the purpose of their visit or call, and connect them with the appropriate team member.
- Support Customer & Agency Needs: Assist with basic customer requests, gather necessary information, document interactions accurately, and ensure appropriate follow-up by licensed team members when needed.
- Maintain an Organized Office: Keep front-office processes, records, supplies, and shared work areas organized while helping ensure daily administrative responsibilities are completed accurately and on time.
- Support Agency Operations & Growth: Assist with customer follow-up, appointment scheduling, marketing initiatives, outbound prospecting, and identifying qualified opportunities for licensed team members once primary front- office responsibilities are completed.
- Professionalism: Maintains a polished, professional appearance and demeanor and demonstrates sound judgment, integrity, discretion, and appropriate workplace communication.
- Customer-Focused: Friendly, welcoming, and comfortable interacting with customers by phone and in person while maintaining a high standard of service.
- Self-Sufficient: Able to work independently, take initiative, solve routine problems, and recognize when an issue should be escalated.
- Organized & Detail-Oriented: Able to manage multiple responsibilities, maintain accurate information, follow established processes, and keep the front office organized.
- Communication Skills: Communicates clearly, professionally, and effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Reliable & Coachable: Dependable, receptive to feedback, willing to learn, and committed to continuously improving performance.

- We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement Planning, Business Insurance, College Planning, Health Insurance, and Renters Insurance.
- Before becoming a State Farm Agent, I was previously employed as a State Farm Agent Team Member.
- We currently have 4 team members at our agency.
- We have 12 years of combined insurance experience in our office.
